I bought a truck from a guy on craigslist, it broke down right after I bought it and it sat for a while, but when I finally got around to registering it, I couldn't, cause the vehicle had a restitution lien on it, so it was not his to sell legally.
What is the penalty for this sort of thing?
I live in AZ and cannot find ANYTHING!
