Better yet, why would you want to?





If I spend 600K on something, it had better have at least 6 Bedrooms, 6 and a half bathrooms, a hellacious kitchen and dining room, a swimming pool with pool house and cabana. It needs to be sitting on a good amount of land, so that If I want to run around nekkid, I dont worry about the neighbors watching me.

If you have to ask yourself, "Can I afford it?" Then you have no business even trying.





Even with a 10 year loan your payments would be almost $7000 a month. You're bring home pay (not earn, bring HOME!) over $450,000 a year to even come close.
