What is a cute sports car with good gas mileage?

I am trying to sell my truck that I love, to save money on gas. Because of the prices of gas my truck is worth very little so I was thinking if I can drive a used sports car in the summer and the truck in the winter I would still save money. I like BMW Z3, Chevy Corvette and Camero. I know there are a ton of great cars out there and want some more to look into. As far as cost I would like to spend under $10,000.00. I know I won鈥檛 save as much money having two cars but I still will save some. My commute to work is far, I spend more than $350.00 a month in gas alone.

well if you have calculated and you think you are gonna save more money...


(meaning your new car payment + gas on the new car = less than truck's gas) than it would be a good idea to get a new car. if you want a cute sports car maybe go for a Toyota Celica GTS or something even. You can get a 90's BMW 3 series 2 door as well for under $10k.

These can all be had for under $10K if they are used. But, even used, they can be very high mileage %26amp; still cost alot of $$. That is because they are reliable and have always had good resale value. Avoid all Korean made cars like Kia %26amp; Hyundai. They are money pits %26amp; usually die very soon.
