2008 Mazda 6 iTouring model AT with moonroof new is selling for $18000 in Minneapolis area. I can't value the vehicle from your description, but this would be a good comparison area.
Also note that there is a newly designed 2009 model coming out which will only lower values of current design Mazda 6 models.

Thats a good amount of miles for a 2004 in my opinion. 15k miles a year is about average, so it sounds like this car got some heavy usage.
